Most companies are becoming global and only have their TM1 Server in one location, but want users connected to the WAN to access TM1. A common solution is to setup Citrix, but most IT departments are not aware of the proper settings.

Hi Eric,
I would be really interested in seeing your post on the Citrix setup. We have had quite a few problems with response times in busy periods with our current Tm1 Citrix setup. We have moved to dedicated servers however now users are experiencing hung sessions. We are also about to move to the 64bit version.
Can you please provide Citrix Server & TM1 server specs. Also what TM1 version?
Any performance monitor item you have to share would be helpful.
Regarding the response time during busy periods. Can you be more specific? All systems suffer from this phenomenon.
